Hi Mario and Colin,
I just wanted to say Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to your family, also thank you for teaching me cooking through your wonderful blog. I read many cooking books but found that your blog is offering us something new, unique and time saving, which is the most important for working people. You have made our Christmas dinner became wonderful with your orange marmalade chicken. I never tried or heard of it until I read your blog. My family just “wow” and “aow” the whole dinner. Thank to your wonderful cooking talent. From now on, your blog is my family cooking book. Once again, Merry Christmas from New Zealand. Taupo Lake.

Looking forward to trying your recipe. I did want to point out that the word you needed was “break” up the tomatoes.
